If you are wondering how to make the most of the last few days of family time approaching the New Year we have a few ideas of what to do with the family in Peterborough. Why not take the family ice skating for a little winter fun either at Planet Ice in Bretton or at the rink at Van Hage which runs until 6th January. Continuing with the frosty theme why not wrap the family up and head to Ferry Meadows for a nature walk, get them exercising in the play areas and warm up with a tasty hot chocolate.
If you prefer to be indoors why not head to the cinema to see Mary Poppins Returns, Bumblebee or Aquaman. You could have a great night of bowling at AMF Bowling with older children, in fact you can play here on New Year’s Eve and see in the new year with a strike!
Of course you could always host a family New Year’s Eve party. Get the children to help you make mocktails and fabulous child friendly snacks but make sure there is a little bubbly for the adults in the house.
