School is nearly out and if you are not in the Christmas spirit yet why not don your favourite Christmas jumper and head to Peterborough Cathedral on December 20th for a carol service. At 1pm whether you are on your lunch break or shopping around town why not listen to festive carols with a glass of mulled wine. If that doesn’t make your Christmas spirit swell then panto just might.

The Cresset it is Robin Hood. On 21st December the whole family will love The Cathedral Christmas Concert. Peterborough Cathedral Choir, Youth Choir and Festival Chorus will present a programme which includes Britten ‘A Ceremony of Carols’, accompanied on the harp. The concert will include other well-known seasonal favourites, and familiar carols for the audience to sing along to.
