Tortoise Property have made our third donation through our charitable sponsorship of the Hampton Walking Football Team to Shine.
Shine provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. Shine enables people to get the best out of life.
Shine is a registered charity, which was formed in 1966, initially to help families and individuals affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
Today, Shine is a community of 75,000 individuals, families, friends, and professionals, sharing achievements, challenges and information on living with hydrocephalus, or spina bifida, and related issues. Working together throughout England (with their head office in Peterborough), Wales and Northern Ireland, we strive to overcome challenges and achieve the best for you and your family.
Our new season kicks off on the 25/9/2022 where we will continue with our charitable sponsorship of this ever maturing team. Come along and support our goals for charity when the team throw away their walking sticks, hearing aids and glasses and get back on the pitch at the Nene Valley Community Centre.
