The virtual valuation allows us to see your home using just the camera on your mobile phone or Ipad. All we need you to do is give us a guided tour around.
Why we are doing it?
People want to move home for various reasons. For some, it is just for more space. For others, it is work-related and we are now hearing from people who want to be closer to family. The situation we have all now found ourselves in has also made some families realise they want a garden.
COVID-19 and the rules regarding essential travel mean we can’t meet in person yet. But that doesn’t mean your moving plans have to be put entirely hold. We can still get you sale-ready.
How it works
It is really simple. We can connect via What’s App, Facebook Messenger or Zoom using your mobile phone or Ipad. We’ll have a chat and then you can show me around your home, just like you normally would do.
We have access to lots of up to date report systems, comparables and don’t forget we have extensive knowledge of the local area with all our staff living in the area.
I’ll also give you some really useful advice on our to get your home ready for sale in a way you can then achieve the best possible price for it. We can also discuss when the best to begin marketing your home really is!
