Here at Tortoise Property we continue to support Crisis and their Christmas Appeal in 2022. After donating to their appeals in the last few years we believe their work is even more vital than ever before as we all find the cost of living crisis putting pressure on household finances. Although many of us are feeling pressure some have no home and require generosity, a meal and a warm place to stay safe this Christmas.
Crisis are the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. They help people directly out of homelessness and campaign for the changes needed to solve it altogether. With their Christmas appeals they have helped 1569 people find secure accommodation between 2020/21 and gave grants of £3.2 million to local organisations tackling homelessness amidst the pandemic.
