Welcome to this months property market pulse for PE7 in April.
Today we are going to take a look at what’s happening in the local and national property markets.
First of all lets look at the temperature of the market. Our friends at Propcast are showing here in PE7 the property market is HOT and still heating up. Homes are moving quickly and the market favours sellers currently. Also 56% of properties on the market are SSTC in our area.
Rightmove also confirm that buyer demand is 59% higher in Peterborough than this time last year and that it is taking 51 days to sell a property.
Nationally looking at house prices first time buyer prices are up 4.2% annually, second stepper prices are 7.1% up annually and at the top of the ladder we have seen a 7.4% increase.
